Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF)

Founded in 2013 to serve the top 3% of U.S. military forces — Green Berets, 75th Rangers, Navy SEALs, SWCC, Marine Raiders, ARSOA, Civil Affairs, PSYOP, Air Force Special Operations, and select intelligence community personnel. SOTF tailors each transition program to the individual rather than a fixed schedule, with a 12-month sweet spot. Provides personal coaching, business connectivity, executive workshops, and career placement support. Fellows must be within 12-18 months of transition for maximum effectiveness. Application-based and selective.
