The nation's premier nonprofit solely dedicated to U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers and their families — and the only SOF-focused nonprofit VA-accredited to file, present, and prosecute disability claims. Founded in 2009 by combat-wounded Green Beret Aaron Anderson after he experienced firsthand the gaps in care. Five pillars: Casualty Support ($2,500 immediate check + GORUCK rucksack on medevac), Health & Wellness (Stellate Ganglion Block, infrared therapy, Task Force Tatanka peer wellness), Next Ridgeline (transition, career guidance, VA claims navigation), Family Support (Steel Mags network for spouses and caregivers), and Gold Star & Survivors. VSOs have secured $2.3M in monthly VA payments for the community.
