Veteran-founded 501(c)(3) named for Army SGM Robert Bowman — a SOF veteran diagnosed with service-related cancer from a burn pit less than half a mile from his Iraq quarters. The only veteran-founded, medically licensed research nonprofit worldwide conducting peer-reviewed research, publishing, and educating specifically on toxic exposures in post-9/11 military veterans. Research programs: longitudinal cancer incidence tracking (3,000+ veteran participants), burn pit and respiratory health studies, toxic exposure site mapping. Education programs: healthcare provider training on veteran-centric toxic exposure care, veteran workshops on health risks and PACT Act navigation, policy-maker briefings.
