Origin & mission
Seth Watkins founded COMMIT in 2012 after his own transition and recognizing that high-performing veterans — those who had led organizations and made life-or-death decisions — were being handed the same generic resume workshops as everyone else. COMMIT's model is the opposite of that: intensive, personal, immersive workshops that treat each veteran as an individual executive rather than a category.
