501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering women in Special Operations and advancing their vital role in conflict resolution — a lane virtually no other organization serves. Three programs: Gather (critical care, community, and training for women SOF Role Models), Engage (mentorship, sponsorship, and digital tools amplifying Role Models to inspire the next generation), and Connect (building a global network of women leaders). Has evacuated and supported 40+ Afghan Female Tactical Platoon counterparts, brought Role Models into schools across the country, combated silos in the women of Special Operations community since 2021, and produced the documentary series Guerrera honoring sacrifice and unity.
