Grace After Fire

Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to helping women veterans help themselves — providing the means for self-knowledge and self-renewal after service. Programs: STARS (financial resiliency — comprehensive Whole Health program with financial experts and Texas State Certified P2P Mental Health Specialists, culminating in a certificate and unlocking new resources), Coffee and Conversation and Table Talk Color Me Camo (peer-led groups for women veterans to share, reset, and move forward together), holistic wellness (physical health, nutrition, mental health, stress reduction, and mindfulness), and resource navigation through a network of community partners. Texas Veterans Commission grantee ($250,000 awarded 2025). Emergency financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and utilities available monthly through the TVC Fund for Veterans' Assistance.
