EBV — Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (IVMF)

Program of the D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University — the original and most rigorous free entrepreneurship training program for post-9/11 veterans, launched in 2007. Now a national consortium of nine universities including UCLA, Texas A&M, Florida State, Purdue, UConn, and Syracuse. Three-phase model: online self-study (3 weeks), residential bootcamp at a partner university (8 days, all travel and lodging covered), and 12 months of follow-on technical assistance. Selective and competitive admissions. Zero cost to the veteran. Sibling program EBV-F serves military spouses and surviving spouses for home-based business launch.
