Veterans Florida

Florida's state-created nonprofit — the first state-created organization running SkillBridge placements in the country. Launched in 2014 and funded by the State of Florida, Veterans Florida runs three free programs: SkillBridge (places separating/retiring active duty in Florida civilian employers within their transition window), Career (job coaching, resume optimization, and employer connections for veterans, Guard/Reserve, and military spouses), and Entrepreneur (business development resources for veteran entrepreneurs in Florida). Every program is free. Covers Florida National Guard and Reserve members and military spouses in addition to veterans.
