Founded in 2003 — the national gateway for veterans into union construction trades careers. 60,000+ military personnel placed into civilian construction careers since inception. Backed by 15 international building trades unions (IBEW, UA, SMART, IUOE, and more) and major contractor associations. No prior construction experience required. Earn-while-you-learn registered apprenticeships pay wages from day one, GI Bill benefits can be stacked on top for additional income, and training costs nothing to the veteran. Also includes a Wounded Warrior program connecting disabled veterans with adapted construction employment.
